    Imagine a practitioner who was coached that to make an audio recording that he had to over-enunciate every single syllable. I tried and tried to get over being distracted by this but just couldn't. If you are bothered by a "woo woo" vibe, this makes it worse.

    I purchased this specifically for the longest session, the restorative yoga nidra. This one plays only to just after the four minute mark and not the full 28 minutes. This happens regardless of the device I use to play it.

    I have to say that when I discovered this CD, i was at the edge of my sanity. Dr. Siddharth Shah has totally saved my mind. I have an extremely high stress job, as well as the normal stresses of my family life. I feel like my thoughts are a giant rubber band ball. I have to bounce from problem to problem and focus only on those issues. This CD helped to loosen a few of those rubber bands and give me some inner peace that just belongs to me. When these meditations are on, for a few minutes a day, my thoughts are still. This helps me put everything in perspective and makes it easier to face each day head on! I just have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    This series is saving my life at the moment. A massively stressful long-term project at work has totally sapped my ability to manage stress, and my insomnia has been ruthless. I may not have enough time to get in yoga and daily workouts lately, but I can definitely fit in two or three of these a day and it's making a huge difference already.
