  • Great music

Chevaliers de Sangreal is amazing. One of his best.
  • One of the best ever!

I love this entire soundtrack. It flows seamlessly with the movie which was good as well. My favorite song is "Chevaliers de Sangreal." AS of today, I have listened to that song 1,550 times. I highly recommend this soundtrack. If you do not want to buy the whole album, at least download the one song. You will not be disappointed!

Read the book then watched movie. The sound scores written by Hans Zimmer are fantastic.
  • Enigmatic!

Hans Zimmer has a great talent in creating music. Zimmer's music focuses much where the music is added at the time of the film (it's like an Incidental Music, a music that accompanies the movements of a character, objects ...), style forming a mysterious, enigmatic as well as in the movie. The score's best song is "Chevaliers de Sangreal", I loved it. Hans Zimmer deserves six stars by Score. Congratulations!

Just one thing I'd like to say about Hans Zimmer. His music makes me feel things. If it can do that, it's priceless.

I bought the song Chevaliers de Sangreal and I can't stop listening to it. It has such a great and dramatic ring to it.
  • Stunningly beautiful

I'm not sure there is a more beautiful moment than Robert Langdon kneeling above Mary Magdalen's grave with the sweeping, epic sounds of Chevaliers de Sangreal in the background. It makes you believe anything is possible.
  • A difference of opinion

After listening to The Dark Knight score for many months, I wanted to listen to The Da Vinci Code. Some reviews say this score sounds like all his other scores. Well, composers can't make every piece of music sound different. To be honest all composer's works sound the same because they incorporate similar methods and mature in time. For example, John Williams work sounds the same but listen closely and don't compare and complain. The Da Vinci Code has it's own atmosphere and so do Zimmer's other works. Also, it is based upon the director's vision and agreeing with the composer. Anyway, The Da Vinci Code is great because it is unique and a private time to enjoy some time alone yet it is in the mind of imagination. p.s. All music can be used as background. ex. music videos.
